Teaching board created by the production for use in "The Scarlet Letter" (1995). Wooden hornbook with handle along bottom edge and two nailed on strips of leather on sides. Hornbook holds a parchment teaching page containing the English alphabet, vowel pronunciations, prayers, and numbers.

Obtained directly from the production company "Cinergi."

Includes Planet Hollywood Certificate of Authenticity.
