Eligibility for returns is determined on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Planet Hollywood Vault.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The memorabilia was delivered within the last 7 days.
- You have the receipt.
Purchases that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
