"The Apostle" The Apostle E.F.'s (Robert Duvall) Hat

Description

Obtained directly from October Films, this hat was obtained by the production for use in "The Apostle" (1998) for Robert Duvall's character "The Apostle E.F." Blue woven Panama hat with black band around crown. Black label inside center of crown with gold text has image of two lions and text at their feet that reads "Dobb's." Text to the proper left of the lions reads "Dobbs / FIFTH AVENUE / NEW YORK / NEW YORK LEADING HATTERS." Gold text inscribed on sides of hatband read "Dobbs / Made in U.S.A." and "IMPORTED TUSCANY." Gold tag at back of sweatband near bow reads "7 3/8."

Brim of hat is slightly misshapen.
