Created by the production for use in "Private Parts" (1997) for Howard Stern's portrayal of himself. Framed certificate on white paper with a red border. Black text on obverse reads “Boston University / Faculty of Communication / Student Film of the Year Award / Let it be known that this fifth day of May, Nineteen hundred and seventy-six that / Howard A. Stern / has been awarded Student Film of the Year Award by the Faculty of Communications / of Boston University. May the honors and privileges of this high attainment be yours. / We, the undersigned of the university are honored and privileged to officially / bestow this Award to you. / [signature]  [signature] / Dean  President.” Frame is black with a gold rim in center.

Condition

Light scratching throughout frame.  Metal portion of frame is bent at corners. Tape on reverse holding backing onto frame. Nail hole at top center on reverse from prior display method.
