"Mary Shelley's Frankenstein" The Creature's Hand - Make-up Model

Description

Fake hand and forearm used to test special effects makeup for The Creature (Robert De Niro) in "Mary Shelley's Frankenstein" (1994). The hand is beige and purple with stitching around the wrist and on the middle and pinky fingers. The forearm terminates before the elbow where a wooden rod protrudes from the center of the bottom. Faded black handwritten text on the bottom of the piece reads "TEST PAINT DE'NERO."

Includes Planet Hollywood Certificate of Authenticity.

Condition

Small areas of loss at the nails and bottom of forearm. Dent in the palm of the hand. Cannot fully determine whether remaining damage is intentional or not.
