"L.A. Confidential" Jack Vincennes's (Kevin Spacey) Suit Jacket and Pants

Description

Obtained by the production for use in "L.A. Confidential" (1997) for Kevin Spacey's character "Jack Vincennes." Two (2) piece lot consisting of a jacket and a pair of pants.

Jacket: Black wool jacket with white pinstripe plaid design throughout. Black satin lining.  Western Costume Co. costume tag sewn into interior of interior pocket. Text on tag reads “Western Costume Co. / HOLLYWOOD / NO. 2426I-I*L.A.C / NAME KEVIN SPACEY / CHEST 451/2 SLEEVE / WAIST INSEAM.” Text written on lining of proper right sleeve reads “WCC / SIZE 45 / LONG / DOUBLE / #61.”

Pants: Gray dress pants with pleated front and cuffed hem. Black text written on interior of waistband reads “40/30.” Western Costume Co. stamp on interior of waistband reads “W.C.C. / 32 1950” with “1950’s” written in white below the stamp. Western Costume Co. costume tag sewn into interior of pants has text that reads “Western Costume Co. / HOLLYWOOD / NO. 2428I-I*L.A.C / NAME KEVIN SPACEY / CHEST SLEEVE / WAIST 371/2 INSEAM.”

Condition

Jacket: Seam at center of lining coming loose. Tear at center of text on lining of proper right arm.

Pants: Tears throughout interior of waistband. Snags throughout pant legs.
