Created by the production for use in "High Anxiety" (1977) for Cloris Leachman's character "Nurse Diesel."  Black and white plastic name tag. Front is black with engraved white text reading “C. DIESEL, L.V.N. / SENIOR”. Pin on reverse.

Includes Planet Hollywood Certificate of Authenticity.

Condition

White plastic has slightly yellowed throughout. Double sided tape residue on reverse at each side from previous display.
