"Eye of the Needle" Heinrich Faber's (Donald Sutherland) Sports Jacket

Description

Obtained by the production for use in "Eye of the Needle" (1981) for Donald Sutherland's character Heinrich Faber a.k.a. The Needle. Brown wool herringbone sports jacket with peaked lapels, six double breasted buttons, proper left breast pocket and two side welt pockets. Interior it lined with a brown linen material. A Bermans & Nathans label has been sewn into the interior proper right breast pocket and reads “DONALD SUTHERLAND / 16067 / EYE OF THE NEEDLE”. Handwriting on label at lower proper left corner reads “1A”.

Includes Planet Hollywood Certificate of Authenticity.

Condition

Fading to interior lining at neckline. Minor pilling throughout. Faint soiling on lower proper left sleeve. Hole on proper right sleeve around elbow.
