"Earth 2" Terrian Shock Collar

Description

Created by the production for use in "Earth 2" (1994-1995) to be worn by the aliens known as "Terrians" in the episode "Promises, Promises" which first aired on November 27, 1994. The villainous Gaal (Tim Curry) controlled the Terrians through the use of these shock collars. Two piece of shackle that meet at the front are plastic with accents of silver coloring on exterior, tape on interior. The ends of these two pieces are intended to look like sharp spikes. Slightly curved soft plastic piece at back of shackle exposes wiring on interior. Wired to illuminate, but function has not been tested.

Condition

Scratches throughout back clear piece. Unclear if exterior has a loss of paint or was never fully painted. Tape on interior is loose.
